How did you discover Baby Einstein?
I read numerous reviews about the company and the products and added the DVDs, stuffed musical toys, books, activity center, and Discovering Water Play Gym to my baby registry.
What was the first Baby Einstein product you received?
I received the Discover & Play Activity Center first and was quite impressed.
How did your baby respond?
Max loves it! He first went in it when he was 3 months old and it is still his favorite.
Did your baby respond differently to Baby Einstein than other products? If so, how?
Max prefers the Baby Einstein products. They are colorful, fun, and musical. He doesn't go anywhere without his musical duck [Press & Play Pal] that plays different instrument sounds. He is entertained and they keep him busy.
Have you talked to other people about Baby Einstein?
Absolutely! I have bought all the new mothers in my circle of friends Baby Einstein DVDs and toys.

We always knew about the products from word of mouth. I had purchased some Baby Einstein products for expecting moms before I had my son.
The Baby's First Moves DVD.
As expected, my son adored it and we add to our collection regularly. We now have about 10 videos, 25+ books and various toys, flash cards, etc.
Baby Einstein products hold his interest like no other products and the fact that the same characters appear in videos and books make them seem like old friends to him!
What was your most memorable Baby Einstein moment?
For weeks, my 20 month old son would ask to watch a video and kept repeating a word that sounded like 'doctor'. I would spread out my Baby Einstein videos and he would happily pick the Baby Mozart video every time. Finally, we realized he wasn't saying 'doctor' but 'ductor' - as in CONDUCTOR! His favorite character was the bear that was conducting the orchestra. We laughed about it for days!

From my best friend who has twin girls (age 15 months) who LOVE the DVDs.
I first received the music CDs at my baby shower and the whole collection of DVDs for Christmas from her grandparents.
Kiera was very soothed by the CDs when she was an infant. As she was old enough to watch the DVDs, she took such an interest in them. Her first giggle was watching the puppets on the DVDs!
How did it make you feel?
It is great to know there are sounds and pictures that my baby will respond to in a positive way and it is truly heartwarming when you hear your baby really laugh at something!
